This is the best place I’ve ever lived! I moved here in December 2025 and absolutely love it. It offers the perfect mix of modern living and an unbeatable location.
Here’s what makes it special:
The Views: Waking up to the changing skies, seasonal trees, and watching the traffic flow go by feels like looking at a moving artwork that’s stunning every day.
The Interiors: Cozy, beautifully designed, and feature a unique Art Deco flair.
The Amenities: Free yoga classes twice a week and bi-monthly community events to meet your neighbours. It feels like a genuine community!
Management: Phenomenal, highly professional, and very quick to respond. They are constantly making monthly improvements.
Location: Truly walkable! You are steps from groceries, cafes, a beach, and Ottawa’s best bike paths. Plus, a great French restaurant is right across the street, and the upcoming Westboro LRT will make downtown trips effortless.
Highly recommend this building if you want a modern, welcoming place to call home!

Had a great tour with Tawfiq, and after that helped us get the unit we wanted; the units speak for themselves. Everything is new, clean, and the process was easy and smooth

They made a situation that could’ve been confusing and accommodated 2 people smoothly, so no one stalled

I signed my lease last month, and I just loved my apartment. The entire experience was incredibly smooth. The visit and rental application with Tawfiq went so well that I signed a 2-year lease (instead of one-year as initially planned). My rental application was approved in a record time, and I was able to move very quickly. The building offers two years of free utilities and 3 months of free rent for a 2-year lease. In addition, my apartment is just GORGEOUS with a view of the river. I only have to walk 10 minutes to get groceries at Farm Boy or 15 minutes if I want anything else at Real Canadian Superstore or LCBO. I highly recommend the place.

We recently signed a lease at Azure and have had a genuinely great experience from start to finish.
A huge part of that has been Morgan.
From our first visit, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.
We were relocating from another country, so there were quite a few questions and extra steps involved, but she guided us through everything and was always quick to respond whenever we needed clarification.
She took the time to show us several options and help us find the apartment that felt right for us.
At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible.
What impressed us most was that her support didn’t stop once we decided to sign. She helped us with all our questions and ensuring we had everything sorted.
Everyone we met at the building, including staff, security and contractors, was friendly and welcoming, which gave us a great impression of the community as a whole.
We even stopped at a nearby restaurant after our tour and mentioned that we were moving to Azure. The staff immediately welcomed us to the neighbourhood and spoke very highly of the building, which was wonderful to hear.
We’re excited to move in and become part of the community.
